Facilitator is a word designed to dissolve hierarchy.  It implies presence without imposition. It carries the intent of a steward of the session and process, not a healer, nor a fixer.

The Facilitator is taught how to be an attuned mirror and how to steadily hold the specific reflections that are revealed in the session, back to the Body, as the Body begins to remember its own path to health. This allows the Body to re-attune and reorganize from its own unique sequenced patterns of alignment.

The Facilitator's level of skill and knowledge no longer needs to be limited nor judged by their list of credentials, degrees, or levels of achievement. They are now selected by their integrity, focus, and their ability to hold presence to steady the reflections back to the Body as it remembers its path.

    • The Facilitator is not here to fix - as fixing suggests something is broken.
    • The Facilitator is not here to heal - as healing suggests restoring to a prior state vs honoring self-evolution.
    • The Facilitator is not here to advise, diagnose, prescribe or interpret - which leads to additional dis-harmony.

The Facilitator is here to listen to the Body, observe, and in the present moment hold the mirror steady and long enough for the Body to remember, allowing the transformation to become inevitable.
